No, Currently CommerceUp does not support multi vendor management, we only offer single dashboard access.

No, We do not provide source code. But with enterprise plans, you can get access to our api's to create your own e-Commerce platform.

Yes, You can invite multiple user as staff account as give them access as per their roles.

Your website will get automatically updated on CommerceUp platform, you need not to worry about the technology part as it will get hosted on one of the best AWS servers and we also provide complete technical support in case of any technical issues. You do not need to pay anything extra for this.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point but we don't offer any refunds for the same.

We don't charge any transaction fees per order but CommerceUp internally runs on credits. You are given free credits once you signup or upgrade your plans. Your credits are consumed for SMS at 1 Credit for 5 SMS. If you subscribe to Sell on Marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart, Your credits are consumed as 2 Credits per order managed by commerceup.

You can choose from multiple themes provided by CommerceUp, Our team is contnouously adding multiple theme according to demand. Our customization includes everything with No Coding Skills required. With Free plan you can customize as per your need with given tutorials. With paid plans, You get an Account Manager who can custimze this website for you for Free. For additional HTML related custom changes will have to be evaluated and can be done at an extra cost.

We normally charge for minimum signup period of 6 months, But if you pay for annually we offer discounts on billing.

No, you can set up your store and sell online even as an unregistered company. You just need to provide your GST number. We would suggest you to get your business registered so that you don’t face any legal issues in near future.

No, you don't have to purchase any hosting separately. CommerceUp is hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Servers) and hosting is provided free of charge, as part of on all subscription plans.

Yes. You choose your own Domain name for your online store and sell products in your own brand name. This feature is not available in FREE plan.

No, there is no dedicated IP. We would give you hosting on AWS. Scalability would be taken care of by us, you can leave all the technical complexities to us and concentrate on growing your business.

You can either choose to do domain linking yourself or you can call our support and one of our support team members can assist you with the same.

No, That cannot be used.

CommerceUp hosts your app on own developer account if you currently do not have developer account. If you subscribe to premium plan, you can distribute your apps via your own account. For this you will have to pay developer fees for each platform separately.

In Free plan we limit products to be 50. In other plans product limiit varies according to chosen plans.

Yes. You can upload bulk products with CSV, You need to create a formatted CSV provided by commerceup and upload all images in Media library.

You can have unlimited number of images per product.

There are no restrictions as to the number of categories and subcategories possible. You can add unlimited categories and subcategories on your website.

Yes, we provide facet search for categories in all our plans.

In customizing store front, You can customize home screen with different widgets and cards. You can choose what suits best for you and display in home, It will be mobile responsive. In addition without any coding you can customize it with just a simple forms given in Dashboard.
